Quality Agreements: Lijst VUUR listens to you

5 October 2018 event university participation quality education 0

Since 2015-2016 students do not longer receive the student grant from the government. When this was decided in parliament, it was agreed that this money would be invested in education. This is why nine million euro will be allocated extra to Utrecht University as of next year. This number will eventually increase to twenty million. The agreements within participation on what this money should be spend on are called quality agreements. So the big question is: where should all the money go to?

Lijst VUUR has the right of approval about the content of the quality agreements at the university council. The student grants are not money of the university council, however: it belongs to all students who had to miss their student grants. Lijst VUUR is therefore interested in how other students would like these millions to be invested. This is actually a great activity: there is a lot of money and you can decide with us what it should be spend on!

That is why we invite you to a brainstorm on the 17th of October (Day of Student Participation) about the quality agreements. Sign up with the form below!
