“As a student at LAS and Philosophy, Pelle has been around for a few years now and hopes to continue to actively think about and participate in the Humanities faculty next year! As a former board member of study association Atlas (LAS) and as Departmentassessor of Philosophy and Religious Studies, he hopes to make the faculty and all its opportunities (and there are many) known to all students. As a happy member of Atlas, he has noticed how a nice and inclusive environment can help people find their place and their interests. Now that he himself has found his niche and been able to explore the university, he feels it is time to offer others the same experience.
That’s why studying at UU is like a sandbox according to him: it is a free place, there is something fun for everyone to do and everyone can make of it what they want. But you have to know what the UU offers and, furthermore, dare to do it! That’s why Pelle wants to fight for an open, inclusive and fair university next year. In short: students should not be limited in their ambition.”
