Sinds jaar en dag zet VUUR zich in voor duurzaamheid! Daarom bezoeken we ook regelmatig evenementen over duurzaamheid om meer bewustwording te creëren en zelf nieuwe inspiratie op te doen.
SURE Week
Wil jij ook meedenken in het duurzaamheidsdebat, koers geven aan de Universiteit Utrecht en mooie activiteiten bijwonen? Volgende week is de SURE-week voor duurzame innovatie in de Uithof, waarin ook de Duurzame UU dag op 8 oktober valt. Mocht een of meerdere van onderstaande activiteiten je aandacht trekken, meld je aan onder vermelding van SURE 2015 + programmatitel via duurzaamheid@uu.nl.
Uitgebreide programmabeschrijving en andere activiteiten van de SURE zijn te vinden op de websites van de Universiteit Utrecht en SURE. De duurzaamheidscommissie van de fractie in de universiteitsraad zal ook aanwezig zijn.

Studium Generale: Duurzame 100
Daarnaast organiseert Studium Generale in samenwerking met dagblad Trouw op 9 oktober (Academiegebouw, vanaf 20.00 uur) de presentatie van de Duurzame 100 gepresenteerd in het kader van de Nationale Dag van de Duurzaamheid. Hierin wordt gedebatteerd over de oplossing van het voedselvraagstuk. Onder andere Bas Eickhout (Europarlementariër namens GroenLinks) zal een lezing komen geven. For a long time now VUUR works hard for a sustainable university! That is also why we visit events about sustainability from time to time, so that we can spread awareness and get inspired for ourselves.
SURE Week
Would you like to share your thoughts about the discussion on sustainability, shape the policies of Utrecht University, and also attend to interesting events? Look no further! Next week the SURE Week will take place that is all about sustainable innovation at De Uithof. During this week the Sustainable UU will also take place on the 8th of October. If you are interested in one or more activities below, then sign up by sending an email to duurzaamheid@uu.nl with as subject “SURE 2015 + programme title“.

Studium Generale: Sustainable 100
On the 9th of October (Academy Building, from 20.00) Studium Generale will also organise the presentation of the Sustainable 100 for the National Day of Sustainability in cooperation with Trouw daily. There will be several discussion about possible solutions for the food problem. Bas Eickhout (MEP for GroenLinks) will give a speech among others. More information is available on the website of Utrecht University (Dutch only).
