Lid van: AlcmaeonLeonie: “Mijn belangrijkste interesses zijn studentenwelzijn, studentenmotivatie en studentenparticipatie, dus ik zou graag iets doen dat daarmee te maken heeft, bijvoorbeeld de welzijnsweek toegankelijker maken voor al gestreste en drukke studenten en de communicatie van de universiteit naar haar studenten verbeteren/verduidelijken.”

Lid van: SV Babel & SV EurekaKoko: “Ik zet me volledig in om de universitaire ervaring voor alle studenten aan de UU te verbeteren. De universiteit is meer dan alleen het instituut dat je je diploma geeft. Het is de plek waar je groeit, volwassen wordt, over jezelf leert en levenslange contacten legt. Daarom zal ik VUUR’s waarden van diversiteit, gelijkheid, inclusiviteit, duurzaamheid, studentenwelzijn en studentenvertegenwoordiging blijven belichamen en promoten. Ik wil gekozen worden om het werk van de vorige internationale studenten in de raad voort te zetten en van de UU een instelling te maken waar iedereen zich welkom voelt!”

Lid van ; Studiestichting Alias, U.H.S.V Anteros en C.S.V. IchthusMicha: “Het is mijn passie om ervoor te zorgen dat de universiteit een inclusieve plek is voor iedereen. Dit betekent alle studenten en docenten, ongeacht hun achtergrond, maar ik wil me in het bijzonder richten op degenen die op dit moment te maken hebben met obstakels die studeren in Utrecht onnodig moeilijker maken. Gezien de geschiedenis van VUUR, denk ik dat dit een goede plek is om aan deze onderwerpen te werken, en ik kijk ernaar uit om dat volgend jaar te mogen doen!”

Member of: AlcmaeonLeonie: “My main interests are student wellbeing, student motivation and student participation, so I would like to do something related to that, for example, make wellbeing week more accessible to already stressed and busy students and improve/clarify the university’s communication to its students.”

Member of: SV Babel & SV EurekaKoko: “I am fully committed to improving the university experience for all students at UU. University is more than just the institution that gives you your degree. It is the place where you grow, mature, learn about yourself and make lifelong connections. Therefore, I will continue to embody and promote VUUR’s values of diversity, equality, inclusiveness, sustainability, student welfare and student representation. I want to be elected to continue the work of previous international students on the council and make UU an institution where everyone feels welcome!”

This means all students and teachers, regardless of their background, but I want to focus in particular on those who currently face obstacles that make studying in Utrecht unnecessarily difficult. Given VUUR’s history, I think this is a good place to work on these issues, and I look forward to being able to do so next year!”
