[:nl]In principe is medezeggenschap een openbare aangelegenheid. Dat betekent dat alle documenten en vergaderingen van de faculteitsraden en de universiteitsraad openbaar toegankelijk zijn voor studenten en personeel van de Universiteit Utrecht. Ondanks iedereen recht heeft om de stukken in te zien blijkt het vaak toch nog vrij lastig om de documenten daadwerkelijk te vinden. De meeste documenten zijn te vinden op de teamsite van de universiteit: SharePoint. Dit is een platform om documenten te delen binnen een organisatie vergelijkbaar met de drive van Google.

Kun je informatie niet vinden op de website van de Universiteit Utrecht of op SharePoint? Neem dan even contact op met iemand van de betreffende fractie. Als VUUR geen fractie in jouw faculteit heeft, neem dan contact op met iemand van de fractie uit de universiteitsraad. Zij hebben namelijk contacten verspreid over de hele universiteit.

Despite everyone having the right to inspect the documents, it often turns out to be quite difficult to actually find the documents. Most documents can be found on the university team site: SharePoint. This is a platform to share documents within an organization similar to Google’s drive.

Can’t find information on the Utrecht University website or on SharePoint? Please contact someone from the relevant faction. If VUUR does not have a faction in your faculty, please contact someone from the faction from the university council. They have contacts spread throughout the university.
